Design and Development of Obstacle Avoidance Robot using Vision System




Summary: -

During the course of my second-year mini project, I had the chance to work closely with IOT (Internet of Things), and also with Machine Learning. Which helped me in completing this project.

Process: -

We a team of 4 we started off with learning Fusion 360 and moved on to IOT (Internet of Things), we participated in a hands-on workshop of IOT.

Objectives: -

- To Develop a user-centric robot design prioritizing ease of handling.
- To enhance user comfort and operational efficiency.
- To focus on incorporating ultrasonic sensor into the robot's design to enable precise detection of obstacles in its vicinity.
- To enhance the robot's ability to navigate and respond effectively to its surroundings.
- To integrate a vision system that provides a real-time feed of the surroundings.
- To integrate better decision-making and control during manual operation.
- To enhance its efficiency and safety during operations.
